Arshaan's involvement in film workshops and training programs conducted by the United Nations Australia Queensland Division has further honed his filmmaking skills. These initiatives were part of climate change awareness activities organized at the school and college levels under the guidance of Joy K. Mathew. The exposure and knowledge he gained during these programs became the driving force behind his decision to create the documentary 'Generation Green.'
Arshaan's groundbreaking work has earned him recognition not only from the Australian Book of World Records but also from the Universal World Record. His journey as a filmmaker commenced with the support and guidance of his mother, Dr. Chaithanya. Dr. Chaithanya's distinguished lineage as the granddaughter of Oiyarat Chanthumenon, the renowned author of the celebrated novel 'Indulekha,' adds to the richness of Arshaan's background. This novel is recognized as the first characteristic novel in Malayalam, and his mother is also known for her accomplishments as a famous dancer.
Arshaan Ameer's outstanding achievements have made him the fourth Indian to be honored by the Australian Book of World Records, following in the footsteps of notable individuals such as Joy K. Mathew, Augnes Joy, and Teresa Joy. His documentary, 'Generation Green,' was produced under the banners of World Mother Vision and Kangaroo Vision, reflecting the support of his mother, Dr. Chaithanya, and a talented team that includes Linson (editor), Nitin (animator), Sanjay (music composer), and Adam K. Anthony (post-production controller).
Arshaan's accomplishments serve as an inspiration to aspiring young filmmakers and activists worldwide. His dedication to addressing climate change and promoting environmental sustainability through 'Generation Green' is a testament to his vision and the positive impact one young individual can make on the world.
